摘要
采用白炭黑增强体系,对环保型溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR,牌号为2557 S)与顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着BR用量的增加,SSBR/BR混炼胶的加工性能逐渐好转,硫化时间缩短;随着BR用量的增加,SSBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸强度、定伸应力、硬度和DIN磨耗量逐渐降低,扯断伸长率和回弹性逐渐增大,压缩生热趋向升高,耐屈挠割口性能趋向劣化,耐热氧老化性能逐渐降低,而耐低温性能变好,抗湿滑性能大幅下降,操控性能小幅下降,滚动阻力变化不大。
The performance of environmentally friendly solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR 2557 S)/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber (BR 9000)blends were studied with silica reinforcing system.The results showed that with the increase of BR amount,the processing properties of SSBR/BR compounds were gradually improved,and the curing time shortened; With the increase of BR amount,the tensile strength,tensile stress,Shore A hardness and DIN abrasion of the SSBR/BR vulcanizates decreased,elongation at break and resilience increased gradually,compression heat built-up tended to increase,crack growth property deteriorated,thermal oxidative aging resistance reduced gradually,the low temperature resistance got to ameliorate,wet skid resistance dropped significantly,handling performance declined slightly,and rolling resistance changed little.
