摘要
研究了不同用量的丁腈橡胶(NBR)和不同混炼工艺对白炭黑填充溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)性能的影响。结果表明,采用相同工艺时,随着NBR用量的增加,混炼胶的正硫化时间逐渐缩短,硫化速率逐渐加快,拉伸强度逐渐减小,永久变形和压缩温升呈增大的趋势;当NBR用量相同时,分别采用工艺A(NBR与SSBR混炼)、工艺B(NBR与白炭黑先混炼后再与SSBR混炼)、工艺C(先溶解NBR改性白炭黑后与SSBR混炼)制得混炼胶的正硫化时间依次缩短,门尼黏度依次增大,Payne效应依次增强,采用工艺A制得硫化胶的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率明显大于工艺B和工艺C制得的硫化胶,而DIN磨耗值、永久变形和压缩生热按照工艺A、B、C呈增大的趋势;采用工艺B制得硫化胶在0℃的损耗因子值均是最大,硫化胶既可以获得高的抗湿滑性,同时也可以获得较低的滚动阻力。
The effect of nitrile rubber (NBR)amount and different mixing technologies on the properties of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR) filled with silica was studied.The results showed that at the same mixing technology,curing time shortened,curing rate was accelerated gradually,the tensile strength decreased,compression set and heat built-up tended to increase with the increase of NBR amount.At the same amount of NBR,curing time decreased,Mooney viscosity and the Payne effect increased gradually following the processing mode order of mixing NBR with SSBR first (technology A),mixing NBR with silica first and then SSBR (technology B),mixing dissolved NBR with silica in solvent first and then SSBR (technology C).The tensile strength and elongation at break were significantly greater for technology A than those for technology B and C,and DIN abrasion,compression set and heat built-up increased in the order of technology A,B and C.With technology B,vulcanizates had maximal loss factor value at 0 ℃,exhibiting higher wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance.
