摘要
根据硼酸的物性特征,采用酸化—冷冻—溶液固硼工艺提取卤水中的硼,并对各影响因素进行考察,在最优工艺条件下,卤水中硼的去除率可达到96.59%,除硼后卤水中硼酸浓度为0.045%,折合B2O30.025%,即250×10-6,氢氧化镁产品中B2O3含量达到0.15%。
Using acidification - frozen - boron precipitation reaction process removing boron from brine, the effect of various factors are investigated, the rate of boron removal in brine achieves 96.59% under the optimum conditions, and the boric acid concentration in the brine is 0.045%, which is equivalent 0. 025% (250 ×10^-6) of B2O3, also the content of B2O3 in magnesium hydroxide up to 0.15%.
