摘要
目的:探讨心内科优质护理服务的临床应用。方法:对病人进行全面优质护理服务。结果:病人的综合满意度在95%以上,护理投诉为零。结论:优质护理服务是减少护理投诉,促进护患和谐,拓宽医疗市场的有效方法。
Objective To explore the clinical application of high quality nursing service in Department of cardiology. Methods: the overall quality of care of patients. Results: the overall satisfaction of patients in more than 95%, nursing complaint is zero. Conclusion: high quality nursing service is to reduce nursing complaint, promote nurse-patient harmonious, broadening the effective methods of medical market.
