摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在药物流产中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析268例药物流产孕妇流产前后彩色多普勒超声检查资料。结果:268例中完全流产者225例,不全流产者40例,流产失败者3例。结论:彩超检查能早期确立宫内妊娠,判断孕龄,为临床用药提供依据;药物流产后,能及早诊断继发病变,对治疗及判断预后有重要价值。
Objective ： To investigate the diagnostic value of uhrasonography in drug abortion. Methods ： a retrospectiveanalysis of 268 cases of pregnant women before and after drug abortion abortion color Doppler ultrasonography data. Results ： 225 cases of 268 cases of complete abortion, 40 cases of incomplete abortion, 3 cases of abortion. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound examination canestablishment of early intrauterine pregnancy, determine thegestational age, provide the basis for clinical medication; after drug abortion, early diagnosis of secondary lesions. There isimportant value for treatment and prognosis.
