稳定土拌和站水泥输送系统的改进

Improvement of Cement Conveying System of Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant

摘要 结合稳定土拌和站水泥输送系统的工作原理,从水泥输送系统的流程、喂料机的内部结构、螺旋输送机安装、电机调速控制、水泥剂量及外部环境条件进行了改造和调整。检测结果对比显示,改进后水泥碎石的水泥计量精度显著提高,不仅减少了水泥材料的浪费而且提高了产品的质量稳定性。 Combined with the working principle of cement conveying system of stabilized soil mixing plant, the equipment was transformed and adjusted in aspects of the cement conveying process, internal structure of feeding machine, installation of spiral conveyor, motor speed control, cement amount and outside environment conditions. The test after the transformation shows that the precision of cement measuring is dramatically improved, whic waste of cement, but also boosts the quality stability.
