本文简单回??分析质谱计的历史,讨论了这类仪器的特点与技术参数.列举了美、英、德、苏、法等国生产典型仪器及其应用实例,提出了发展国产过程分析质谱计的若干建议.
This paper gives a brief review of the history of analytical mass spectrometers. The special features and technical parameters of this kind of instruments are discussed. Typical instruments made in U.S.A., U.K., U.S.S.R., Germany and France and their applications are described. Several suggestions for developing homemade process analytical mass spectrometers are given.
