摘要
为研究液压滑阀的流动性能,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,应用Fluent软件,对不同开口量的滑阀进行仿真,得到阀内流体的速度、压力分布图、流量特性曲线及滑阀稳态液动力。结果表明:流体流经滑阀阀口时,射流角随阀开口量变化,存在附壁流和自由流两种流动状态;阀口流量系数不是常数,在附壁流与自由流状态切换位置,流量系数发生突变,使阀的流量特性变差;稳态液动力随开口量增加而增大,但在自由流和附壁流状态下变化规律不同。研究结果为不同结构形式滑阀的优化设计及试验提供了理论依据。同时将可视化的仿真结果应用到理论教学中,拓宽了现有的教学方式,加强了教学与工程应用之间的有机结合。
In order to study flow performances,hydraulic slide valves with different opening were simulated using computer fluid dynamics method based on Fluent software.The contours of velocity and pressure are obtained and the flow characteristics and flow force are calculated.The results show that the fluidic angle varies with opening when fluid flows through the orifice and there are two states that attached flow and free flow.The flow coefficient is not constant,appears break phenomenon at flow states switch position and results inflow characteristics getting worse.Steady-state flow force increases with opening and has different variety law in two states.These provide theoretic basis for optimizing design and test on different structure of slide valve.The viewable simulation results were applied to theoretic teaching,which can develop teaching approach,strengthen the combination between teaching and engineering application.
