摘要
以可靠性理论为基础,建立了四级串行产销供应链可修复模型,为保证供应链系统连续运行,分析了制造商子系统在规定修复度P要求下MTTR的理论最小值,并由此得出仓储子系统的最小安全库存量。在定期预防修复模型的基础上,结合制造子系统修复模型,得出了在指数分布情况下稳态有效度最大的修复公式,具有实际的应用价值。为保证供应链整体可靠性达到某一数值,将可靠性指标分配到供应链各子系统中去,得到了各子系统可靠性数值分配的计算公式。
Based on the reliability theory,it builds the four series repairable supply chain model In order to ensure the continuous operation of supply chain,it analyzes the minimum MTTR of manufacturer subsystem under the provisions of repair,and thus gets the minimum amount of safety stock of the storage subsystem.Through combining with the manufacturing system model,it gets the largest repair formula on the steady state under the manufacturing system exponential distribution validity model,and it has a practical application.For the whole reliability of supply chain it reaches a certain value,and gets the subsystem reliability values distribution formula by assigning the reliability index to each subsystem of supply chain.
