摘要 为了对深海载人潜水器观察窗进行力学性能、疲劳寿命和裂纹扩展试验,提出可模拟海底7000米海水压力的高压容器,并选用O形圈作为密封设计。基于MARC软件建立该压力容器的O形圈二维轴对称模型,计算其在不同密封间隙,不同压缩率下的接触压力和Von Mises应力分布。结果表明,在高压力作用下,O形圈的变形量和最大Von Mises应力值与密封间隙呈线性增加的关系,但与压缩率的关系并不明显。最终得到密封参数设计的最优解,为高压容器的密封结构设计及选型提供相关参考。 In order to study the mechanical property,fatigue life,and crack propagation of viewports used in human occupied vehicle (HOV),a high pressure vessel is proposed to simulate the seawater pressure in 7000m depth,and O-ringis selected as its sealing.The two-dimensional axisymmetric model of O-ring seal is established in MARC software,and the contact pressures and Von Mises pressures of O-ring seals with different sealing clearances and different compression ratios are analyzed.The result shows the deformation and the max value of Von Mises pressure increase with the rise of sealing clearance,but they have no obvious relation with compression ratio.The optimal sealing parameter is obtained based on the non-linear finite element analysis,which is instructive to the design and selection of sealing for high pressure vessel.
