摘要
轮胎均匀性是轮胎出厂检测的重要检测项目,轮胎均匀性检测系统不断地得到重视。通过分析轮胎均匀性参数的定义及特点,阐述了轮胎均匀性检测系统的基本搭建过程、数学模型分析、信号分析与处理、并应用VB.NET实现软件界面及相关算法编程,提出了采用多点分段去奇异点预处理与低通滤波器去高频噪声相结合的方法,提取有效时域波形,确保了计算参数的准确性。经实际工程应用,该检测系统检测精度较高,为建立标准化轮胎均匀性检测系统提供了有效的方法。
Tire uniformity is a very important role of tire detection.The tire uniformity detecting system is obtained more attention of more scholars.Through the analysis of the definition and characteristics of the tire uniformity parameters,it is discussed the basic process of the tire uniformity detecting system,analysis of mathematical model,signal analysis and processing,and software realization in vb.net Then the accuracy of calculated parameters can be guaranteed when a timedomain waveform is effectively extracted using the pretreatment of multipoint piecewise removing singular points and low pass filter removing high frequency noise.Through the practical engineering application,the system has high accuracy.It provides an effective method for establishing standardization of the tire uniformity detecting systera.
