摘要
目的:探讨白芍总苷对干燥综合征模型小鼠饮水量和唾液量及T细胞亚群的调节作用。方法:将60只BALb/C小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、白芍总苷低、中、高剂量组和醋酸泼尼松组,除空白组外,其余各组均建立干燥综合征模型,观察白芍总苷对干燥综合征模型饮水量和唾液量小鼠血液中的T细胞亚群的影响。结果:白芍总苷各组均能不同程度增加干燥综合征模型小鼠唾液流量,以中、高剂量组效果显著,与醋酸泼尼松组相当(P>0.05)。白芍总苷各组及醋酸泼尼松组均能降低干燥综合征模型小鼠外周血CD4+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+T比值,以中、高剂量组及醋酸泼尼松组作用明显(P<0.01)。结论:白芍总苷能够增加干燥综合征模型小鼠唾液流量,降低CD4+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+T比值。
Objective:To investigate the regulatory effect of total glucosides of paeony on the water quanrity and the amount of saliva andT cell subsets of mouse model with sjegren syndrome.Methods:60 BALb/ C mice were randomly divided into the blank control group,the model control group,the low, middle and high dose groups of the total glucosides of paeony, and the prednisone acetate control group,which were established models of sjegren syndrome except the blank control group to observe the effect of total glucosides of paeony on water quanrity and the amount of saliva andT cell subsets in blood of mouse model.Results:The saliva flow of the groups of total glucosides of paeony respectively increased to different degrees,obviously in the middle and high dose groups,being equivalent to that of the prednisone acetate control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) .The peripheral blood CD4+T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T reduced in groups of the total glucosides of paeony and the prednisone acetate group,obviously in the middle and high dose groups and the prednisone acetate group ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conelusion:Total glucosides of paeony could increase saliva flow and reduce the CD4+T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+T of model mice with sjoegren syndrome.
