摘要
本文根据中国特色社会主义经济理论与实践的基本原理，提出对国有企业经营者收入的原则和政策方案。
The paper puts forward the principles and policy on the income of operaters of the state-owned enterprises in accordance with the basic principles of economic theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
