摘要
通过对计算机基础教育内涵的剖析，澄清了社会上普遍存在的对计算机基础教育的模糊观念和糊涂认识，明确指出了计算机基础教育分为计算机文化基础、计算机应用基础、计算机技术基础三个层面的教育。找到了因模糊认识和糊涂观念造成的目前新建高校计算机基础教育的问题，提出了在目前高校计算机基础教育学时普遍偏低的情况下，计算机基础的课程设置、教学内容、课时安排的改进思路。
Through the analysis of connotation of basic computer education of higher education, the paper clarifies wrong concept and confused understanding in the society, explicitly points out that the basic computer education is divided into computer culture basis, computer application foundation, and computer technology foundation. The author finds out wrong concept about college computer foundation caused by current education problems, and puts forward new reforming idea about the setting of courses, teaching contents, and class hours.
