摘要
本文将目前我国高等教育现状与《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》的相关内容进行了对比分析，以古今中外教育史例为证，强调了在大学培养目标的定位上，必须确立人文理念，才能正本清源，进而实现《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》所设计的宏伟蓝图。
During the contrromast of the current situation of higher education in China and The Essentials of the State Reform and Development Education from Metaphase to Long Term, emphasis that it will fulfil the great plan, only establish the ideal of all cultural activities in human society about the fixed position of cultivable objective of university, for example with the education history of all ages in China and foreign countries.
