摘要
经济增长问题一直是经济领域内的热点问题。人力资本之所以能决定经济增长，其关键在于人力资本特殊的生产功能——边际收益递增的功能，即异质型人力资本的特性。本文利用陕西省历年数据，分析了陕西省的异质型人力资本对经济增长的促进作用及原因，并根据数据对二者之间的关系进行了实证检验。
Economic growth has been a hot issue in the economic field. That ＂human capital is the essen- tial factor which contributes to be the economic growth＂ has been a consensus--idiosyncratic human capital. Shaanxi Pronvince has been proof-tested based on some economic data to test whether idiosyncratic human cap- ital is a driving factor to check up how much proportation that idiosyncratic human capital contributed to Shaanxi economic growth in real life. The author analyses the relationship between idiosyncratic human capital and eco- nomic growth.
