摘要
本文报道了用HCl-ICP-AFS测定锌的方法。研究了锌的荧光光谱特性,改装了Plasma/AFS仪器的雾化系统,使锌的检出限降低4倍。研究了各种实验条件对锌荧光特性的影响。在优化的实验条件下,锌的检出限为0.21ng/mL。应用于感光材料、环境水样和铝合金中锌的测定,获得满意的结果。
The atomic fluorescence characteristics of Zn detected by a BAIRD Plasma/AFS spectrometer is studied. Replacing the original crossflow nebulizer by a Wu nebulizer plus a desolvation system improves the detection limit of Zn by a factor of 4. Operating conditions such as RF power,observation height,carrier and coolant gas flows, and hollow cathode lamp current are optimized. Methods are developed for the determination of Zn in organic materials, waters and Al alloys. Satisfactory results for the organic materials and waste water, and excellent agreement between measured and certified values of the Al alloys are obtained. Under optimum conditions the detection limit obtained for Zn is 0. 21 ng/mL in aqueous solutions.
