LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的:分析LISS钢板用于治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:收股骨远端骨折患者52例,根据治疗方式分为LISS钢板组(26例)和髁钢板内固定组(26例),对比分析2组疗效。结果:LISS钢板组的手术时间、出血量以及骨折愈合时间均显著短于髁钢板内固定组(P<0.05);2组膝关节功能评分优良率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:LISS钢板用于治疗股骨远端骨折疗效显著,手术时间短,骨折愈合快,功能恢复较好,值得推广应用。
