摘要
目的:观察体针联合头针治疗原发性痛经的近、远期临床疗效。方法:96例原发性痛经患者按就诊顺序随机分为2组(P>0.05),治疗组48例予以体针联合头针治疗,对照组48例予以单纯体针治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组与对照组近期临床总有效率分别为93.75%和77.08%;远期临床总有效率分别为91.66%和75%。治疗组近、远期临床总有效率均高于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:体针联合头针治疗原发性痛经临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture -therapy matching head acupuncture on essential dysmen- orrhea. Methods ：96 cases suffered from essential dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. 48 eases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture - therapy matching head acupuncture, and d,8 cases in control group were only treated by acupuncture - therapy.The course of treatment sustained 3 months. Results： The short - term total effective rates in treatment group and control group were re- spectively 93.75% and 77.08%. The long - term total effective rates were respectively 91.66% and 75%. The short - term or long - term total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion： The effect of acupuncture - therapy matching head acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on essential dysmenorrhea. It is wor- thy of clinical application.
