摘要
目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星联合康妇炎胶囊治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:87例盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组42例和治疗组45例,对照组患者静脉滴注盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液200ml,2次/d;治疗组加服康妇炎胶囊3粒,2次/d,12天为1疗程;用药结束后评价患者的症状体征和疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.1%,高于对照组的80.9%,2组患者治疗后的盆腔积液和附件包块均有明显减少(p<0.05),其中治疗组效果更好。结论:盐酸左氧氟沙星联合康妇炎胶囊治疗,可使盆腔积液及附件包块明显减少,疗效好,是临床上安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective： To investigate combined therapeutic effciency of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and Kang Fu Yan capsule on pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods： 87 patients were randomly divided into control group with 42 cases and treatment group with 45 cases. The control group was given Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection 200ml by i. p, twice a day, the treatment group was given Levo- floxacin Hydrochloride Injection and Fuyanshu capsule 3 pills twice a day. Two groups were treated for 12 days. To evaluate curative effect and recorded the situation of patient＇s signs and symptoms. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.1%, statistically Significantly higher than control group （ 80.9%, p 〈 0.05 ）, patients＇ pelvic effusion and adnexal of two groups were decreased obviously after treatment （p 〈 0. 05）, effect of the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion：The union treatment of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection and Kang Fu Yan capsule on pelvic inflammatory disease is more efficiency, can make pelvic effusion and adnexal reduce obviously, so that is security and effective in clinical.
