摘要
在注塑成型中,模内组装是指在模具内通过扣合、焊接、粘接等方式将塑件的各个单独部分装配成一个整体的过程。该技术具有高度的自动化,省去了塑件的二次加工,在模具内部完成组装过程,一次性成型整体制品。该技术作为注塑成型技术发展的新方向,具有广阔的应用前景和诸多优势。不仅可以减少对人工和厂房的需求,提高生产效率,同时还可以成型常规方法不能生产的制品。本文对模内组装技术的原理、研究现状及应用领域作综述,并对该技术的发展前景作出展望。
In injection molding, in-mold assembly was the process which separate components were assembled into a complete part through snap-fits, welding, or adhesive bonding etc. inside the mold. To this technology, a high degree of autonlation was required, secondary processing of the plastic parts was eliminated, the process of assemble was completed inside the mold and integral product was one-time manufactured. As a new direction for the development of injection molding technology, there were a prosperous application and many advantages . This technology could reduce labor and factory building requirements, improve production efficiency and parts that would be impossible to produce by conventional means could be produced by this tecbnology. The principle and applications of in-mold assembly technology were introduced in details in this paper, as well as the cunent research and future development of this technology outlook.
