摘要
目的介绍经颈内静脉肝内门体分流术(简称TIPS),探讨其临床护理观察。方法我科自2013年1月至2013年8月,对25例肝硬化失代偿期食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血患者采用TIPS治疗,术后给予针对性临床观察和护理。结果 25例手术成功,患者生活质量获得明显改善。结论 TIPS围手术期的护理干预至关重要,也是手术成功的关键因素之一。
Objective To summarize the nursing strategies of patients treated with transjugular intrahepatic porto- system stent-shunt （TIPS}. Methods A retrospective review over the histories of 25 patients with esophageal and fundic variceal bleeding treated with TIPS was reviewed and summarized the nursing experience and strategies. Re- suits All patients underwent the operations successfully and were in a good recovery through treatment and nursing care. Conclusion In a summary, the nursing strategies including perioperative preparation of patients and stuff may be critical for the operative safety and success.
