摘要
本文将Cu-[T-(4-TAP)P]络合物吸附于强酸性阳离子交换树脂上,进行树脂比色法的研究。提供了高灵敏度铜的比色法。络合物在树脂相的最大吸收波长位于416nm处,比在水相红移了6nm,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0~3.0μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,用于水中痕量铜的测定效果良好。
Ion-exchang colorimety for copper with α,β, γ, δ-tetratis-(4-trimethylammonium phenyl) porphine [T(4-TAP)P] has been developed for the determination of Cu at μg/L level in various water samples. The complex formde is adsorbed on cation exchang resin and its maximum absorption lies at 416 nm. A rectilinear calibration curve was obtained over 0~3. 0μg/25mL of Cu(Ⅱ).
