弥漫性脑肿胀患者双侧大骨瓣减压术后颅内压的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨弥漫性脑肿胀患者双侧大骨瓣减压术后颅内压的变化。方法 21例弥漫性脑肿胀的颅脑损伤患者均先行有创颅内压监测,根据颅内压力值,颅内压>30 mmHg(1 mmHg≈0.133 kPa),且持续时间超过1 h使用脱水剂不能降低颅压的,行双侧标准大骨瓣减压术,观察手术前后颅内压的变化。结果21例患者术前颅内压为32~57 mmHg,平均(43.90±1.45)mmHg;术后30 min,颅内压为8~36 mmHg,平均(15.31±0.98)mmHg;手术前后差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论双侧标准大骨瓣减压术可以及时有效的降颅压,改善患者脑灌注。
