摘要 本文提出了一个有机相氢化物发生无色散原子荧光光谱法测定痕量锑的新方法,将锑(Ⅲ)萃取在磷酸三丁酯中,或者生成锑(Ⅲ)-APDC络合物后萃取在甲基异丁酮中,用溶解在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中的硼氢化钠溶液和冰乙酸在萃取有机相中产生锑化氢,然后原子荧光光谱法测定。方法具有较高的灵敏度,并用于水中痕量锑的测定。 A new method for nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of trace antimony by hydride generation in organic phase is proposed. Antimony is extracted into tributyl phosphate (TBP) or is extracted by ammonium pyrrolidinel-carbo- dithioate (APDC) into methyl iso-butyl ketone (MIBK). The antimoy hydride generation is carried out in an aliquot of extraction solution by sodium tetrahydroborate (Ⅲ) in N, N-dimethyl formamide solution and anhydrous acetic acid, then it is determined by nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
