校企合作、工学结合是高职教育的本质特征。校外实训基地建设是实施工学结合人才培养模式的根本保证,本文从如何巩固校外实训基地建设出发,探讨在促进校企合作和工学结合过程中加强学生素质培养的重要作用及对策。
The university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning are the essential characteristics of higher vocational education. Off-campus practice base construction is a fundamental guarantee to implement work-integrated personnel training mode, this paper, starting from how to consolidate the off-campus practice base construction, discussed the important role and countermeasures to strengthen students quality training in the process of promoting university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning.
