摘要
面对日益严峻的就业形势,暂缓就业学生党员的队伍不断扩大,如何有效的开展组织生活成为高校学生党建工作的新问题。网络具有覆盖面广和交互性强的特点,是高校暂缓就业学生党员组织生活可利用的一大优势资源和交流平台。本文分析了目前暂缓就业学生党员组织生活存在的主要问题,并对暂缓就业学生党员网络组织生活的创新模式进行探索。
