摘要
针对温州城乡统筹工作现状,分析研究农房集聚过程中所遇到的问题及其对城乡统筹发展的影响。农房集聚是个系统工程,综合考虑自然、社会、经济等因素,提出农房集聚工作的对策,主要包括合理规划、完善土地流转、强化监督机制、加大财政投入、广辟融资渠道、提高职业技能、运用税收手段、精神文明建设。
This paper analyses the problems of farmhouse concentration and the influence of these problems with the present situation of the Coordinated Urban and Rural Development. The concentration of farmhouse is system engineering relating to natural, social, economic and others. The result of study shows that the way to the concentration of farmhouse includes the following： reasonable planning, complete the land transfer, strengthening supervision mechanism, increasing financial support, widening financing channels, improving vocational skills, use tax policies, and promoting spiritual civilization.
