摘要
[目的]分析梗丝贮存过程中的相关因素对梗丝质量的影响,从而确立贮梗丝环节的优化控制方向。[方法]采用正交试验设计方法,考察了不同梗丝水分条件下,贮料高度、贮料时间对贮梗丝前后质量指标的影响情况。[结果]分析表明,在试验范围内,贮料时间和烘丝水分对梗丝整丝率变化差值影响较大;贮料时间对梗丝碎丝率变化差值有一定影响;烘丝水分对梗丝填充值变化差值影响明显;烘丝水分和贮料时间对贮后烟末比有一定影响;贮料时间和烘丝水分是成团比的重要影响因素。[结论]根据生产过程中对各指标的关注度,研究认为贮料时间、烘丝水分是贮梗丝过程控制中的重要因素,贮料高度则为其次。
[ Objective] To analyze effects of process parameter of stem storing on the quality of cut stem and obtain the optimal control direc- tion. [ Method] Using orthogonal test method, the effects of d~;fferent cut stem moisture conditions, storage height, storage time on storage cut stem quality were investigated. [ Result] The results showed that in the test range, storage time and drying of moisture on cut stem whole cut rate change have significant influence ; storage time has certain influence to cut stem broken cut rate change difference ; the effect of drying of moisture on cut stem filling power change difference is obvious ; drying of moisture and storage time on tobacco powder ratio have certain influence ; storage time and drying of moisture is the important influence factor than the group of tobacco ratio, [ Conclusion] According to the production process to the attention of the index, storage time and drying of moisture is the importantfactors, storage height takes the second place.
