口腔颌面部间隙-颈部-纵隔感染患者清创引流术的麻醉处理 被引量：7

摘要 口腔颌面部间隙感染常为牙源性或非牙源性感染扩散所致,可沿组织间隙、血管扩散,导致颈深部蜂窝组织炎,纵隔炎、脓毒血症等严重并发症.合并颈深部及纵隔感染时病情进展迅速,可压迫或阻塞呼吸道,病死率较高[1-4].尽早实施颈部、纵隔脓肿切开引流和抗菌素的合理应用是治疗的关键.但因患者颌面部的广泛肿胀,张口受限,脓肿压迫气道等,形成困难气道,因此合理的麻醉处理极其重要.本院在2007年8月至2013年2月完成了22例口腔颌面部间隙-颈深部-纵隔感染患者急诊手术的麻醉处理,现将经验总结如下.
