摘要
本文设计研制了简单实用的流通池,组装了简易型离子选择电极—流动注射分析仪,对体系的分析特点和影响因素进行了考察。此装置性能可靠,能满足简单流注分析的需要,并建立了卤水中Cl^-、Br^-和I^-的连续测定方法。
A simple single channel ISE—FIA system which consists of Mariot container, rotary sampling valve, PVC thin tube and micro flow cell has been developed. Its performance can meet the requirement of simple flow injection analysis. It has been applied to the simultaneous determination of C1, Br and I in natural bittern with citric acid-disodium citrate (pH=3.4)as the carrier stream。Detection limits are 1×10^(-5) mol/L for Cl;5×10^(-5) mol/L for Br and 4×10^(-7) mol/L for I, the recovery is 89.4~105.3%. Standard deviations are 0.83 mV for Cl and 0.39 mV for Br and 1。 Samples up to 180 can be analysed per hour。
