A Design of Multi-Field Production Line State Monitoring System

摘要 针对企业跨地域多现场生产线状态数据实时监测需要,提出了一种基于CAN工业现场总线与互联网技术的数据监测系统并进行了架构设计。系统采用以STM32单片机为主控制器的现场数据采集器实现生产线状态采集,并通过CAN总线发送到所在地域计算机,各地域计算机之间利用互联网技术实现数据转存备份与实时访问。实验结果表明,该系统能可靠获取多现场生产状态数据。 For the real-time monitoring requirement of multi-field production line state data of large enterprises in different regions, a kind of data monitoring system based on CAN industrial field bus and internet technology was proposed. And its architecture was also designed. Field data acquisition terminals was based on STM32 MCU, the main controller. The system realized multi-point state data acquisition of production lines. The data was transmitted to local computer by CAN bus and stored. The data transmission, backup and real-time access between computers in different regions were realized by internet technology. The results showed that the system could acquire the multi-field production state data reliably.
