摘要
高校舆情有重要的实践意义,对其管理必须坚持教育性原则、系统性原则、扬长避短原则及求同存异原则。构建舆情管理体系、收集并处理舆情信息、以主流文化引导舆情、开展自律教育等舆情管理的基础工作。构建一个高效运转的舆情管理体系是舆情管理有效开展的前提与保障。
The practically significant management of public opinion in colleges and universities must adhere to the educational principles of systematicity, merits-taking and convergence. This work maintains that an efficient and systematic management mechanism can be constructed through streamlining public opinion, directing the opinion in line with mainstay culture, and implementing self-discipline education.
