摘要
本文反思了科技成果转化概念与生产力概念 ,论证了科学是直接实现的生产力 ,讨论科技成果的评价问题 ,最后 ,从经济系统的复杂性角度分析科技成果转化的复杂性。
In this paper we discuss the concept of the transformation of scientific and technological results and the productive power. It is proved that sciences are direct, actual productive power. The transformations of scientific and technological results are evaluated and discussed in the point of view of complexity of economic systems.
