摘要
针对铝箔立式分切机定长停车功能的实现提出了两种设计方案,阐述其设计思想和原理,并分别就每种方法进行了设计计算,给出实现其控制的软硬件配置,为定长停车功能的实现提供了完整的设计思路和实现方案。
In view of the realization of length-measuring stop function of vertical divided shearing machine for aluminum foil, two design plans were put forward, and the design idea and principle of each plan were described respectively. Design calculation for each plan was carried out, and the software and hardware configuration for each control were implemented, which provided a complete design idea and implement scheme for the realization of length-measuring stop function.
