摘要
代际气候正义概念是气候伦理命题证成的关键。在论证代际气候正义的时候,史军先生选择的是强调历史责任的历史主义研究进路,但是这种研究方法是有问题的。历史责任很可能受到祖先过去的"可原谅的无知"的限制,采用的是集体主义的方法论,主张把国家当作研究的基本单位,却没有看到个人、组织以及国际制度和法律的影响。而且,强调发达国家的当代人为祖先的排放行为负责很可能导致另一种意义上的不平等。只有以勘定责任承担的时间分割点为基础,采用个人主义的研究进路,才能在真正意义上尊重平等的价值。
The concept of intergenerational climate justice is the key to testify ethical climate. When dem- onstrate intergenerational climate justice, Mr. SHI Jun chose historicism approach which emphasizes "Histori- cal Responsibility". Such kind of research method is debatable. "Historical Responsibility" is likely to be lim- ited to the "Forgivable Ignorance" of ancestors, which uses collectivism methodology, arguing that "nation" is the basic unit of research, ignoring the individual, the organization and the international system and the impact of the law. Moreover, it is unfair for contemporary human beings to pay for their ancestors' behaviors of emis- sions. Equality can only be achieved by dividing time division point of responsibility and using the individualistic approach to achieve the value of equality in the true sense.
