摘要
为优化香山矿矿井通风系统,在地面两风井间建1道联络风道,拆除井下己组与丁戊组总回之间的联巷风门,并联使用2个采区总回风巷、风井,使原有的2个独立的回风井变为由1套主要通风机服务全矿井。通风系统优化后,减少了主要通风机运行费用、维护费用、人工费用;降低了矿井回风系统阻力,使矿井风量与负压的关系符合煤矿技术规范要求,最终实现矿井高产高效安全生产。
To optimize the ventilation system of Xiangshan Coal Mine, a contact air duct between two wind wells was built on the ground,the downhole throttle of roadway between VI group and IV-- V group was removed,the total return airway and the wind well of two mining area were used parallelly,the original two separate air-return shafts were changed by a set of main fan to serve for the whole mine. After the optimization of ventilation system, the cost of main ventilating fan operating, maintenance and artificial cost were re- duced,ventilation resistance in return airway system of coal mine was also reduced,the relationship between mine airflow and negative pressure was conformed to the requirements of the coal mine technical specification. Finally, high-efficient and safe production were real- ized in the mine.
