摘要
为了消除中马村矿二1煤层下分层的突出危险性,在掘进工作面设计穿层钻孔,利用抽采钻孔修复作业机进行水力冲孔增透试验,并对冲出煤量、瓦斯含量及敏感指标进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,水力冲孔工艺简单,技术可行,可有效卸除煤层压力,增加煤层透气性,实现了安全快速揭煤。
To eliminate the outburst danger of lower slicing of I1 1 coal seam in Zhongmacun Coal Mine, layer-through boreholes were designed on the heading face,permeability increasing test using hydraulic fracturing was carried out by using boreholes repairing equip- ment,the coal quantity of hydraulic flushing, gas content and sensitive index were compared and analysed. The technics of hydraulic flushing is simple, and the technology is feasible, this technics can effectively release the stress of coal seam, and improve the permeabil- ity of the coal seam, ans has realized the speedy and safe coal uncovering.
