摘要
在HAc-NaAc介质中,铬(Ⅵ)强烈地催化过氧化氢氧化酚藏花红的反应,据此建立了催化分光光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。本法的检出限为2.9×10^(-8)g/mL,测定范围为0~5μg/25mL。用本法测定环境水样中的铬(Ⅵ),结果令人满意。
This paper studied the catalytic effect of trace chromium (Ⅵ) on the decolorization of phenosafranine by H_2O_2 in HAc-NaAc solution. Hence a new method for the determination of trace chromium (Ⅵ) was developed. The detection limit of Cr in this method was 2.9×10^(-8)g/mL, the linear response was in the range of 0 to 5μg/25mL. The effect of foreign ions on the determination was studied and the method showed fairly good selectivity. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of trace chromium in water samples.
