摘要
本文为研究邻香草醛对水生生物的毒害效应,采用流水式试验法研究了稀有鮈鲫的急性毒性,并进行生态毒理学危害性评价。结果显示:邻香草醛对稀有鮈鲫的24 h-LC50为12.20 mg/L;95%置信限为10.53~14.14 mg/L;48 h-LC50为8.08 mg/L;95%置信限为6.93~9.43 mg/L,72 h-LC50为5.92 mg/L;95%置信限为4.80~7.29 mg/L,96 h-LC50为3.87 mg/L;95%置信限为3.24~4.63 mg/L,其生态毒理学危害性为高毒。
In order to study toxic effect of aquatic organisms o-vanillin on Gobiocypris rarus, continuous flow method was used in the test of acute toxicity risk assessment. Results showed that 24 h - LCso of o-vanillin was 12. 20 mg/L, the confidence limit (p =0. 95) of 24 h - LCs0 was 10.53 - 14.14 rag/L, 48 h - LCso of o - vanillin was 8.08 rag/L, the confidence limit ( p = 0. 95 ) of 48 h - LCs0 was 6.93 - 9.43 rag/L, 72 h - LCs0 of o - vanillin was 5.92 mg/L, the confidence limit ( p = 0. 95) of 72 h - LCs0 was 4. 80 - 7.29 mg/L, and 96 h - LCs0 of o-va- nillin was 3.87 rag/L, the confidence limit ( p = 0. 95) of 96 h - LCso was 3.24 ~ 4.63 mg/L. The toxic effect of aquatic organisms was high.
