摘要
生态文化对社会全体公众的思想行为具有引导、推动、规制和约束作用。但实际上,我国在生态文化的制度设置以及具体操作上还存在许多纰漏。因此,我们要建立高效实用的生态文化综合决策制度、建立和完善有利于生态文化发展的法制法规、建立和实施生态补偿制度、建立和完善领导干部的环保考核制度、建立和促进生态文化建设的国际交流与合作机制、建立和完善生态文化建设的培育制度。
Ecological culture plays an important role in guiding, promoting and regulating the per- ceptions and behaviors of the public . However, the system of ecological culture in China still has room to be improved in terms of system establishment and other specific operations. In response to the situa- tion, it＇s highly significant for us to enact an effective and efficient policy-making system, laws and regulations, compensation system, evaluation system, cooperative system for international communica- tion and the cultivating system.
