On-Line Infrared Temperature Measurement System of Remote Monitoring for Power Equipment

摘要 针对电力系统中人工巡检方式和红外成像仪、红外测温仪等仪器在电力设备温度检测中存在的问题,结合红外测温探头和摄像头图像采集,利用图像融合、H.264编码与网络通信技术,研制了一种远程电力设备在线红外测温系统,该系统主要由测温装置和管理计算机构成。详细介绍了系统的结构和实现原理,完成了测温装置的硬件和系统软件的设计。 Aimed at problems of artificially inspection way and temperature measurement of power equipment by infrared imaging and infrared thermometer, an on-line infrared temperature measurement system is devel- oped for remote monitoring power equipment, which is based on infrared temperature probe and image acquisi- tion by camera, and the technologies of image fusion, H. 264 coding and network communication. The system is consisted of the temperature measuring device and the supervisory computer. The system architecture and im- plementation principle are introduced in detail, design of the hardware of temperature measuring device and system software are completed.
