加工海洋高酸原油常减压装置的腐蚀与防护 被引量:9

摘要 某公司主要加工海洋高酸原油,其常减压装置常顶和减顶低温部位的腐蚀和减压塔高温部位的环烷酸腐蚀比较严重,初馏塔顶器壁和常减压塔顶冷却器多次出现腐蚀穿孔,减压塔316L不锈钢填料使用一个周期后大部分腐蚀破碎被流体带走。通过分析发现:低温部位腐蚀主要是由电脱盐效果不理想、脱后含盐较高,常减压塔顶冷凝水pH值波动大造成;高温部位腐蚀主要是由原油酸值高,环烷酸腐蚀严重造成。针对上述原因提出了防腐蚀措施:改造电脱盐装置、常减压塔顶注剂系统,合理使用耐腐蚀金属材料,加强腐蚀检测。 In a company mainly processing high -TAN marine crude oil, the corrosion in the low- temperature section and naphthenic acid corrosion in high - temperature section of the overheads of atmospheric and vacuum distillation units were serious. Corrosion leaking occurred many times in the primary tower overhead shell and overhead cooler of atmospheric tower. The 316L stainless steel packings were corroded after an operation cycle and the corrosion sludges were carried away with the effluent flow. The study found that the corrosion in the low- temperature section was mainly caused by unsatisfactory electro- static desalting efficiency, higher salt in desalted crude oil and large fluctuation in pH value of condensate water at atmospheric and vacuum tower overheads, and that the corrosion in the high - temperature section was mainly the results of high TAN of crude oil and serious naphthenic acid corrosion. The following measures were recommended to solve the corrosion problems: revamping of electro - static desalting unit, revamping of overhead fouling and corrosion inhibitor injection system and appropriate application of corrosion - resistant steel materials and strengthening of corrosion monitoring.
