净化厂锅炉水系统腐蚀与防护

摘要 分析了中国石油天然气股份有限公司长庆气田净化厂锅炉水系统腐蚀原机理,研究结果表明,锅炉水系统腐蚀主要为氧腐蚀、混入腐蚀产物引起的电化学腐蚀、碱腐蚀、二氧化碳腐蚀和电偶腐蚀等;影响腐蚀的主要因素有水中的溶解氧、碳酸盐、重碳酸盐、腐蚀性离子和pH值。应及早对蒸汽锅炉系统进行有效的水质稳定处理,彻底解决锅炉水系统存在的腐蚀、结垢危害,保证锅炉系统的安全、稳定运行。防腐措施包含清洗处理、炉内日常处理及停炉保护等三个方面。 The corrosion mechanisms of boiler water system of NG purification plant in Changqing Oil Gas Field were analyzed. The results showed that the corrosions of the system were mainly oxygen corrosion, electrochemical corrosion caused by corrosion products, caustic corrosion, CO2 corrosion and galvanic corrosion, etc. The main factors affecting corrosion were dissolved 02 in water, carbonates, bicarbonates, corrosive ions and pH value. The water in the steam boiler system should be effectively treated as early as possible to eliminate the corrosion and fouling potential of the boiler water system. The anti - corrosion measures include cleaning, daily processing inside the boiler and shutdown for protection.
