摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM),能谱仪(EDS)和X光衍射仪(XRD)对管材及其腐蚀产物进行了检测分析。管材宏观照片显示,管道圆形蚀坑内部呈蜂窝状,蚀坑底部腐蚀产物有明显的结晶堆积;腐蚀产物SEM分析显示,从顶层到底部腐蚀膜由致密变得疏松且底部腐蚀膜大部分区域存在腐蚀空洞;EDS分析表明,腐蚀产物主要含有Fe,O,S,Si,Cl等,大量Cl-参与了腐蚀过程并残余在腐蚀产物中;XRD分析表明,腐蚀产物由Fe1-x S和Fe3O4组成。从氯离子点蚀、硫化氢腐蚀、二氧化碳腐蚀和管输流速4个方面对管材的腐蚀原因和腐蚀机理进行了探讨。
Pipes and corrosion products of pipes were tested and analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. Macro morphology photo shows that the corrosion products have obvious crystal deposition in circular honeycomb corrosion pit. SEM analysis of corrosion product shows that corrosion film became looser from the top layer to bottom layer of corrosion products and some empty region are observed in the bottom layer. EDS analysis shows that the corrosion products are composed of the elements of Fe, O, S, C1 and Si, and a large number of C1 ions have participated in the corrosion process and resided in the corrosion products; XRD analysis indicates that the corrosion products are mainly composed of FeI _xS and Fe304. The cause and mechanisms of corrosion of pipes are studied and discussed in respect of pitting corrosion of chloride ions, hydrogen sulfide corrosion, carbon dioxide corrosion and pipeline flow rate.
