杀菌剂杀菌性能评定方法的建立

摘要 工业循环冷却水系统存在微生物的危害,采取的有效措施是投加杀菌剂,而优选高效优质杀菌剂的必要手段是杀菌剂杀菌性能评定,对目前常用的微生物检测方法:标准平皿计数法、直接计数法、细菌自动计数法的特点做了简要介绍,重点对3M试纸法用于循环水中菌类测定和杀菌性能评定开展了研究工作,该法是通过3M菌落总数测试片来检测样品中的菌落总数。3M测试片是一种预先制备好的培养基系统,细菌在含有一定量TTC(2,3,5-三苯四氮唑)的培养基中快速繁殖,通过脱氢酶将TTC还原成亮红色的甲臜,来检测样品中细菌数量,此方法增强了菌落计数效果,提高了准确性。具有方法先进,设备简单、易于操作、省时省力、重现性好、数据准确可靠、稳定性好、适用范围广等优点,该法可用于杀菌剂的筛选和日常循环水处理中的细菌检测,是值得推广的一种好方法。 The bacteria hazard exists in the cooling water system of the industry, and the effective means is the application of bactericide. Whereas, a good evaluation of performances of bactericide is very important for the selection of high - efficiency high - quality bactericide. The common testing methods for the evaluation such as standard plate count method, direct count method and Colony Forming Unit (CFU) are described. 3M indicator paper method has been tried to examine the types of bacteria and total number of bacteria in the cooling water. 3M indicator paper is a prepared culture medium system. In this system, bacteria are rapidly reproduced in the culture medium system containing certain amount of TTC. The dehydrogenase reduces the TCC to red triphenyltetra to test the number of bacteria in the sample. This method has improved the colony count and accuracy. It is advanced in technology, simple in equipment, easy in operation, saved in time and manpower, good in repeatability, high in stability and reliability of data and wide in applicability. It is a good method for the selection of bactericides and testing of bacteria in cooling water of routine operation.
