乳腺癌Ki67和CK5/6的表达及与临床病理特征的关系 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中增殖性抗原Ki67、细胞角蛋白5/6(CK5/6)的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测345例乳腺癌中Ki67、CK5/6的表达,并与临床病理特征进行相关性分析。结果 (1)Ki67表达阳性为核着色,在乳腺癌中的阳性率为78.3%,与ER、PR、C-erbB-2及EGFR的表达相关(P<0.05);(2)CK5/6主要定位于细胞质,阳性表达率为21.4%,与年龄、ER、PR及EGFR的表达相关(P<0.05);(3)Ki67与CK5/6表达相关(r=0.173,P=0.001);两者同时表达与ER、PR、C-erbB-2及EGFR的表达相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ki67、CK5/6在乳腺癌中的表达与ER、PR、C-erbB-2及EGFR等相关,可作为乳腺癌发生、发展及侵袭转移的评价指标。
