摘要
建设和发展区域图书馆联盟是促进区域知识资源整合,提升区域整体的知识服务能力与水平的最有效途径。文章简要论述了西北欠发达地区图书馆联盟建设的几个关键机制问题,包括目标引领机制、科学决策机制、诚信合作机制、协调管理机制、激励与约束机制、利益平衡机制等。
This article has briefly discussed several key problems about the development mechanism of the regional library consortium in the northwest of China, including the aim-orientedmechanism, decision-making mechanism, trust mechanism, coordination and management mechanism, incentive and constraint mechanism, interest balance mechanism.
