摘要
为优化摩托车后减震器建模,在阀系流体流动模型中加入了基于弹性力学理论的环形阀片弹性变形模型,给出了阀片开度随压力变化的公式。由于系统存在非线性,对稳定性影响较大,为此提出增加了阀系的摩擦力模型和储油腔气体压力模型,并建立了摩托车后减震器阻尼特性模型。采用MATLAB建模,并对阻尼特性进行仿真,结果与某125型摩托车后减震器实测结果符合较好。利用改进模型分析阀系参数对阻尼力的影响规律,为摩托车后减震器的性能优化和结构改进提供参考依据。
The annular laminar valve pin elastic deformation model, based on the theory of elasticity mechanics, has been added in the model of hydrodynamics flow model to optimize the motorcycle' s rear shock absorber simulation model. Due to the nonlinearity which has great effect on the stability of system, a friction model and an air force mod- el were embedded in the motorcycle' s rear shock absorber damping force characteristic model. The simulation was undertaken in MATLAB environment and agreeds well with the experimental data from a certain 125-type motorcycle' s rear shock absorber. The influence of the valve system parameters on damping force was analyzed through the im- proved model, which provides some theoretical basis for the motorcycle shock absorber performance optimization and structure improvement.
