摘要
空降车在空降着陆过程中承受的冲击载荷,对车辆结构的损伤和车辆的技术状况有明显的影响。为对冲击载荷作用下的空降车累积损伤进行评估,采用有限元软件,建立了空降车有限元模型,并通过实装空投试验数据验证其合理性。为建立勒梅特损伤模型,提出了冲击载荷作用下的结构累积损伤计算与评估方法,仿真计算了多次着陆冲击条件下车体结构累积损伤,通过对损伤结果的分析,得到了冲击载荷作用下车体结构累积损伤的变化规律。研究结果可为空降车指标论证、装备寿命预测和维修保障方案的制定等提供科学依据。
The damages of structure and technical performance of vehicle are affected by the impact at landing process of airborne. So it is very important to research the cumulative damage of vehicle under landing impact. Based on finite element method, a finite element model of airborne vehicle was established. The creditability of finite ele- ment model was verified by airborne test. Based on Lemaitre damage model, the calculation and assessment method for cumulative damage under landing impact was proposed, and the cumulative damage of the structure under landing impact time after time was calculated. By analyzing the result of simulation, the evolution law of cumulative damage was gained. The results can provide scientific rules for demostrating the index, forecast the lifetime, work out the ma- intenance and support the scheme of airborne vehicle.
